Creatives On Call is exclusively seeking seasoned Branding Designers/Directors with expertise in Packaging & Consumer Goods to play a pivotal role in supporting a prominent Consumer Brands company in Chicago. This unique opportunity involves leading conceptual design efforts to refresh the look and feel of consumer products' packaging, aligning them with the company's dynamic new branding language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the in-house team to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and maintain brand consistency.
• Provide creative leadership, guiding and inspiring the team to deliver cutting-edge packaging solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Art Director or Creative Director with a portfolio showcasing successful conceptual design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, to execute and communicate sophisticated design concepts.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, turning creative visions into reality.
