Learning Interactions Designer
Temporary Assignment | Remote
Creatives On Call is hiring a Learning Interactions Designer to support a Fortune 500 client for approximately (12) weeks with an engagement to assist in updating and providing annual maintenance for online learning and training courses. This role will assist with the migration to a new platform. This work is fully remote and will wrap up once all courses are migrated.
Responsibilities
- Update online learning and training course content that enhances retention and transfer
- State instructional end goals to update content that matches them
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Requirements
- Learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar methodology
- Can work independently using Articulate Rise, Storyline
- Experience with Agile Learning Model
- Critical eye for detail
- Track record of meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
