We are seeking a talented and passionate Photographer to join our creative team. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the non-profit museum foundation marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute photo shoots for various projects including but not limited to aircraft photography, portraits, events, and lifestyle shoots.
• Capture compelling images that align with the brand's aesthetic and effectively communicate key messages.
• Use professional photography equipment and techniques to achieve desired results in terms of composition, lighting, and framing.
• Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software to enhance quality and ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Collaborate with models, and stylists as needed to execute photo shoots and ensure project success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual storytelling strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of photography styles and projects.
• Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography gear.
• Advanced knowledge of photography principles, techniques, and composition.
• Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to capture and edit images to meet specific project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for photography and a creative mindset with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
